Cody was phenomenal as our RE agent in the Jacksonville, Hampstead, Camp Lejeune area of NC. He was prepared, proactive, attentive, knowledgeable and maintained great communications throughout the entire process. Whatever questions my wife and I had for Cody he was ready with an answer. Having bought a house previously I was surprised at how knowledgeable Cody was about every aspect of the RE market and financing process. I’m so glad our friends suggested Cody. We had to move across the country and Cody was the perfect guy to help us find a home. He was always in contact with us. If I called he answered every time or at least sent a text letting me know he would call back as soon as possible. When it came to looking at houses he would FaceTime us for a walk through as we couldn’t travel that far for every house we wanted to look at. Cody is extremely detailed on a walk through. There was no corner not checked. His inspectors are also extremely detailed if not more detailed. If you’re buying a house sight unseen Cody is the guy you want on your side. Cody knows the market extensively, if you’re unfamiliar with the area like we were he will help you locate houses in areas that facilitate your needs and desires. As first time home buyers, we would highly recommend Cody. He was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and made the process of buying a home seamless. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us a home for the sake of simply making a commission. He really worked to find us something that was right for us.
