I am Cody Hostetler, married for over 15 years with three children. Since 2013, my family has resided in Eastern North Carolina, where we’ve embraced the vibrant community and enjoy participating in team sports, exploring ocean activities like surfing, and spending time outdoors.
During my 16.5-year career in the Marine Corps as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, I deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Pacific. For six years, I provided support to the Marine Forces Special Operations Command teams. A subpar experience when purchasing my first home inspired my transition to real estate. Raised with a strong work ethic by parents in construction and the postal service, I am committed to providing top-notch service. In my first three years of working in real estate, I completed over 50 transactions, evenly split between buyers and sellers, with 100% of my business during that time coming from personal referrals.
